La Mesa RV & Van Up

E-commerce experience design for RV dealership inventory system and van upgrade marketplace.

The Brief

La Mesa RV: I designed an e-commerce experience for La Mesa RV that needed an intuitive and easy-to-use filter system for both their sales team and customers to search inventory across all 13 locations. The challenge was creating a seamless experience that could handle complex inventory data while remaining user-friendly.

Van Up: For Van Up, their sister company, I designed the entire e-commerce website from scratch. Van Up sells upgrade services and parts to vans, requiring a unique approach to e-commerce. I built a site where users can schedule upgrades to their vans, upsell them on accessories, and browse a lifestyle shopping blog that informed customers on what these upgrades could do.

The site also functioned as a service tracker, allowing users to see where their vans are in the upgrade process. I helped establish and polish their branding while working directly with the Chief of Marketing and CIO to deliver a comprehensive solution.
