These terms govern your use of savelledesign.com and any design or development services you engage from Savelle McThias / Savelle Design (“I” or “me”). By using the site or engaging a project, you agree to these terms.

Services

I provide UX/UI design, web development, branding, email campaign design, and related consulting. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in a proposal before work begins.

Engagements and payment

Project engagements are billed according to the terms in their individual proposal or agreement. Payment schedules, milestones, and invoicing details are confirmed with you before work starts.

Intellectual property

Deliverables I create for you become yours upon full payment, except for any third-party assets and my own pre-existing tools, templates, and methods. The content, design, and code of this website remain my property and may not be copied without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site—no attempts to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or use it to infringe others' rights.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim relating to the site or a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes
